Roomify Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Roomify (bundle ID app.roomify.ios) you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't install or use the app.

2. What Roomify does

Roomify accepts a photo of an interior space you upload, sends it to generative AI models, and returns four redesigned interpretations of that space in styles you select. It then optionally surfaces real shoppable furniture products that approximate the items in each redesign, via affiliate-search integrations with retailers including Amazon, Wayfair, and IKEA. All output is computer-generated visual suggestion — not professional interior design advice.

3. Eligibility

You need to be at least 13 years old (16 in some EU countries) to use Roomify. You're responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure. One person per install. If you're using Roomify on behalf of a household, the responsible adult is bound by these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, free trial, and credits

• Free users can sample a limited number of redesigns to evaluate the app.
• Roomify Weekly: $9.99 per week, billed weekly via Apple. No free trial — instant access. Unlocks unlimited redesigns, the full 12-style library, save board, and shop links.
• Roomify Annual: $79.99 per year, billed annually via Apple, with a 3-day free trial. Same features as Weekly. The trial converts to a paid Annual subscription at $79.99/year unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• One-time credit packs: for users who prefer not to subscribe. 10 credits for $4.99, 40 credits for $14.99, or 100 credits for $29.99. Each redesign job consumes 1 credit. Credits are non-refundable under Apple's consumable IAP rules and do not expire.
• Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. Request through your Apple ID purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Auto-renew & cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Free trials convert to paid Roomify Annual at $79.99/year unless cancelled before the trial ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. Your photos & content

You retain full ownership of every photo you upload to Roomify and every redesign Roomify generates from it. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to: (a) transmit it to our AI processing pipeline, (b) store it for up to 30 days for processing and reprocessing, (c) store it indefinitely if you tap "Save to library", and (d) display the resulting redesign back to you. We will not use your photos in marketing materials without your explicit written consent.

Redesigns generated for you are yours to use personally — share with your designer, partner, or contractor freely. Commercial resale of Roomify's redesign output as standalone images requires our written consent.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos you do not have the legal right to use — including copyrighted photos from real-estate listings, magazine spreads, or other Roomify users, where you intend to publish the redesign or claim it as inspiration you photographed.
• Upload photos containing identifiable people's faces, nudity, weapons, illegal substances, or other content that violates Apple's App Store Review Guidelines.
• Use Roomify to generate redesigns that infringe a third party's trademark, copyrighted design, or intellectual property.
• Use Roomify output as a substitute for licensed interior design, architecture, or contracting advice in jurisdictions where such advice is regulated.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our prompts, model weights, or product-matching logic.
• Resell, sublicense, or rebrand Roomify or its output as your own service.
• Submit a high volume of automated requests intended to enumerate styles or evade rate-limiting.

7. AI output disclaimer

Roomify redesigns are produced by generative AI. They are visualizations and suggestions, not architectural drawings or interior design plans. The AI may produce furniture, layouts, or design elements that are physically infeasible, do not respect load-bearing walls or building codes, or do not match your room's actual dimensions. Do not rely on a Roomify redesign as the basis for construction, structural changes, or major renovations. Consult a licensed contractor, architect, or interior designer before making meaningful physical changes to your space.

8. Affiliate disclosure

When you tap a furniture item in a redesign, Roomify links to product listings on Amazon, Wayfair, IKEA, and other retailers. Some of these links are affiliate links — when you make a purchase after following one, Roomify may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Roomify is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. Affiliate revenue does not influence which products we surface — matches are selected by visual similarity to the AI-generated item, not by commission rate.

9. DMCA & copyright

If you believe content generated or hosted by Roomify infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@purifyos.app with subject "DMCA Notice". Include: (1) your contact information, (2) the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, (3) the specific Roomify content URL or in-app reference, (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief use is unauthorized, (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf, and (6) your physical or electronic signature. We respond to valid takedown notices within 5 business days.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the service, or pose a safety, legal, or copyright risk. You can delete your Roomify data at any time in Settings → Privacy → Delete my data, or by uninstalling the app and waiting 90 days for residual data to clear.

11. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, lost designs, or property damage resulting from following AI-generated suggestions. Our total cumulative liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Dispute resolution & arbitration (US users)

If you are a US resident, you and Roomify agree to resolve any dispute through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that either party may seek relief in small-claims court for qualifying disputes. You waive the right to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first installing Roomify by emailing us at the address below with "Arbitration opt-out" in the subject line.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence are unaffected.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Roomify after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
