Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using OutfitScore you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What OutfitScore does

OutfitScore takes a photo of your outfit and uses AI inspired by luxury fashion editorials to return a 0-100 score across four axes — color harmony, fit, occasion, and trend — together with a written critique and three AI-generated alternative-outfit images that preserve your face and body. Outputs are saved to your private style history.

3. Eligibility & account

You need to be at least 13 years old (16 in some EU countries) to use OutfitScore. You're responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure. One person per install.

4. Subscriptions, free trial & credits

• Free users receive 6 credits at signup. Each scored outfit consumes one credit.
• Weekly plan: 50 credits per week, billed weekly via Apple.
• Annual plan: approximately 800 credits per year, billed annually via Apple, with a 3-day free trial.
• One-time credit packs (in-app purchases) may also be offered for additional credits. These are non-refundable except as required by Apple's refund policy.
• Refunds are handled by Apple — request through your Apple ID purchase history.

Auto-renew & trial: Subscription automatically renews unless turned off in Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Free trial converts to paid Annual at $59.99/year. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.

5. Content you create

You own your outfit photos. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to generate scores, critiques, and alternative-outfit images for you, and to store them so you can access them in your style history. We do not sell, license, or train third-party models on your inputs.

The generated scores, critiques, and alternative-outfit images are yours to use personally and share on social media. Commercial resale of the output is not permitted without our written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload sexual, nude, violent, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content. Our safety filters block these and repeated attempts will result in credit throttling and may lead to suspension.
• Upload photos of other people without their consent, or attempt to use another person's likeness in generated alternatives.
• Use OutfitScore to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our prompts, model weights, or scoring rubric.
• Resell, sublicense, or rebrand our service.

7. AI content disclaimer

Scores, critiques, and alternative-outfit images are produced by AI models and may contain errors, biases, or unexpected artifacts. The score is an editorial-level opinion, not an objective measurement. Generated alternative images aim to preserve your face and body but may diverge. Treat output as creative interpretation, not factual record.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the service, or pose a safety or legal risk. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in Settings → Privacy → Delete account.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence are unaffected.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
