PurifyOS is a storage management application for iOS devices that helps users identify and remove duplicate photos, similar images, large files, and other items to free up storage space.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for reviewing items before deletion
- You understand that deleted items go to the Recently Deleted folder and are permanently removed after 30 days
- You will not use the app for any unlawful purpose
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
4. Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by PurifyOS and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Subscription and Payments
PurifyOS offers both free and premium features:
- Free features are available without payment
- Premium features require a subscription purchased through the App Store
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurifyOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
8. Data Deletion
PurifyOS helps you identify files for deletion, but all deletion actions require your explicit confirmation. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from user-initiated deletions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
